Just got my PIAA H4 Night Tech Headlight bulb. I plugged it in and ran it for about 10 seconds to burn off the coating so it wouldn't fog my headlight. When I unplugged it from the harness 2 out of 3 tabs broke off and stayed the plug. Any one else had this type of problem? Or just my luck. Gonna try to get it warentied, but who knows.

 

I just a couple days ago installed the same bulb in a new 6 1/2" headlight.
I needed a bigger bucket to install some relays and direct feed.
PIAA does have a good warranty.
Expensive bulb but is very bright.
Proprietary gas lights up brighter(twice) using same power.
Having the relays wired direct it has a cleaner source.
Everyone says to carry a spare but reading reviews it does have a very good rating.
I didn't burn any coating off just plugged it in. No problem.
