Negative. You'll need 25 mm axle and spacers for 08-up for non abs.

Or change out bearings on 18" wheel to 1" bearings and 08-up spacers for non abs.

You use your old rotors either way.

08 was first year of 25 mm bearings, also first year of brembos. Your 04 has 1 inch bearings, so straight bolt on, no.

You can change the axle to a 25 mm one and use your 04 rotors on the 08 wheel and it will bolt on. Forks are the same.

Be sure to check your spacers and brake disc alignment.

OR

2008 Street Glide uses the same 16x3 wheel castings and bearing bore depths as the earlier ones. For 2008 only, Harley just inserted a bearing shim behind the "New" 25mmID x 15mm wide "Primary" bearing and used the longer 2008-later center spacer sleeve.

To use on your 2004, you'll need to replace bearings (& remove shim) with Std 2000-2007 1"ID x 21mm wide bearings and center spacer sleeve.

Swap rotors as previously mentioned

But if I was gonna do this swap I'd go on up to the 18" Airstrike wheel.

Probably go with a 06-07 wheel, much better compatability. Thanks.

What do you mean by compatability? They're all compatible and the 18" wheel looks much better IMHO.

My tires are brand new, not looking to change the front size.
