Default Air Filter confusion

Bought my 07 FLHTCU a moth back and am trying to do basic service. Ordered a new K&N filter (HD-1499) and went out to install it. I can't see how this fits. My guess is that the stock frame for the air filter was replaced but I am not sure. I have attached a picture of what is on the bike now and am hoping someone can help me figure out what I need to do to get this together. There was an original HD filter on the bike.

Looking at the K&N site, it looks like the HD-0800 filter is similar to what I have now.
Thanks

It looks real similar. On my housing, there are two raised lines that do not appear on the ones I see online. Would the HD-0800 work?

This is what JP Cycles is recommending - http://www.jpcycles.com/product/400-...&totalResult=1

Does this look right?

It doesn't look similar, it is an Arlen Ness, LOL. Has the Arlen Ness logo right there where we all can see it.

Yup, this is the correct K&N replacement for your Arlen Ness Big Sucker backplate.
