got 2 FOBS and the owners manual. In our dealership they had stacks and stacks of manuals in a section. The just grabbed one for me.

 

2 fobs, on generic manual, and purchased the real manual...

 

2 on my UC, but one thing to note, according to the dealer, all the bikes they order have the alarm installed from the factory.

I'm wondering if yours got added by the dealer? Maybe that's why they only give you one, then they want to stiff you for buying a "second" fob?

 

2FOBS were standard and provided.

 

2 fobs and somehow 2 manuals lol..also ordered the skull barrel key but I'm still waiting.

 

2 fobs. If it's a factory install I'm sure HD would love to hear of any bad dealer interactions when they send you the survery a few weeks after you take ownership.

I also got two FOBsfrom others in the dealership. (acronymFOBs = full of BS) [sm=joke.gif]

I asked the dealer about that and he said, Harley supply 2 per bike.

 

Two FOBs come with the stock factory security system. And you definitely want to keep one of the FOBs locked away in a safe place - because if you lose both FOBs, the only way to reset your ECM is to replace it.

Do you need to keep one of the FOB's locked away or just the metal tag that comes on one of them? Isn't the metal tag there so you can get it replaced?
