I am running the PV with my 204's in my Street Glide. I wasn't exactly happy with the tune from FuelMoto for the 204 in the 96. I tried it for a while and then one of the guys on the forum gave me some help (which was great because his tune from reading my logs was almost spot on). I then had mine Dynotuned by a Tuner. The difference was pretty significant although my mileage actually went down.

This is what I ended up with from the Tune:

I would still like to get my hands on a SEST Tune for the bike and see how much difference there is and see what happens. It's one of the great things about the PV, you can play around with the tunes as much as you want and revert back to the ones that works the best for you.

Two things. The canned map for Harley's tuner for the 204's is generic. Depending on your exhaust the performance varies. My 96 with the canned map pinged like there was no tomorrow on anything less than perfect fuel and 75 degree or less days.

Secondly there are a few members, I would have to search on the 204s to find them, that have Power Vision maps for the 204's.

I get to be the first to bash your dyno chart. RPM and torque must cross at 5252 rpm. Something not right.

The problem with canned maps and downloads is like me trying to wear a pair of shoes I found............chances are they'll cover my feet, but won't be very comfortable.
Get the bikes tuned.

Keep in mind, the torque numbers and horsepower numbers aren't the same on either side of the chart. At 5250, 80 hp, 80 ft lbs torque. It matches up, it's just a dumb way to have the chart set up.

The hp and torque will always cross at 5252.

Good advice. When I got my 204's it was a time of purchase deal with the dealer touting the warranty issues. I gave them 2 shots at the tune to get it right and they failed miseriably. I took it to Roder's racing and had Harley Tuner (Chad) run it through it's paces. Gained TQ and it never pinged again.

I don't like Harley cams, but with a good tune, you will probably be happy. Remember that dynos can be set up to print you a great map. Good luck.

I just picked up my bike tonight from the final dyno tune after a rebuild break in. I just had my 08 RKC bumped up to a 103 and the indy doing the build recommended the SE204's based on my riding style. This bike is my commuter and spends most of it's time at either 65 & 70 MPH or bumper to bumper traffic. The ride home was a blast. The torque is AWESOME. I'll need to put some more miles on it before I can comment in detail but the one hour ride home was a lot of fun. Ran smooth and pulled like crazy. Of course going from a stock 96 to a 103 with cams is going to be a big difference. My limited has S&S 510 cams in it. My first impression of the 204's is I will like them better. Again, for my riding style.

Excuse the dyno pic. His printer crapped out so I took a bad picture of it with my phone off of his computer screen by the dyno. I'm not sure if he actually used my supertuner or went direct to the ecm. 107.4 torque 88.9 HP. First time I had ever seen a MPH plot on a chart before but it 116mph. He said it was a 4th gear pull.
