front fender

I am assuming the reason for the OP's post is he wants the lowered fender look. If so, this is a cheap alternative.

It won't bolt right on, but it shouldn't be hard to get it to fit. You'll need spacers, as the new forks mount the fender flush with the inside of the fork slider. You'll need to oblong the holes inwards on the fender, as the newer bike has a wider gap hole-to-hole.
You can work on the spacers now while you wait. Go to a good hardware store with your fender bolt, and find the aluminum tubing. Get some thick wall aluminum tubing with an ID that matches your bolt and measure/cut it at the fender mounting point so that the surface is flush, probably 1/2" or so. Polish/paint them when you're done.

Fender came in yesterday looks great. It is much shallower than my stock. Bolts holes are 3 1/4 on center on the new fender and the old one is 3- 3 1/8 cant get in there to good and the fender at the mounts is an inch narrower. KingM you are right with elongate the holes and 1/2 spacers. The 16 custom wheels should look real nice with this.
