bufbills.......... I am flat footed but want a little more spread on my legs at the stop sign...like it was on my Softail. if you care to share I'm 5'10" 235....What kind of blocks did you put on? If you read up this thread's first post skydude426 said he was not a big fan of his blocks.... I have no idea if he's 125lbs or 375lbs. which could be a factor... Really like (all) the feed back.

I'm not a fan of the blocks as well. I have short legs, so went with an SG-type shocks for the rears when I bought my King. Had the seat narrowed and lowered a bit. Was flat footed with a slight knee bend when sitting on the bike. I have the 12" Ohlins now. I'm about 155# on a good day and the shocks sit at about 11" when I'm on the bike.

Try modifying the seat if you haven't done that yet and see where that gets you.

Im 5'7 and 240. Im not sure what kind of blocks were installed. They lowered me an inch. Since you are flatfooted, I would skip blocks and shocks, and contact MCC. They can narrow and lower your seat, putting you in the bike. They can make the bike fit you the way you want it to, without altering the ride. Im going there in two weeks to get mine done. Im going down two inches and doing the back for the wife. $205. It will be the one of the best mods Ill do tho the bike. You can call them, tell them what you want and ship it to them. Ive done a seat with them on my previous bike, and the results were outstanding.
