Based on what I’ve read in this forum about Allen and Mean City Cycles, I emailed him asking if he could lower my RK stock seat about an inch and half, and “build up” the ridge using memory foam. He answered my email promptly, and after getting a “loaner” seat from a buddy, my seat went on its merry way to NC yesterday.

I’ll report back when my seat is done, and from what everyone here is saying about Allen and his staff, I’m confident it will be a “thumbs up”.

 

Mine is out there now, I can't wait as stock it was horrible.

 

I have a trip planned to MCC the last week of June. Riddin up there havin my seat done then doin some ridin in the Smokey Mountains, maybe the Tail Of The Dragon. can't wait

 

Anyone had their Mustang seat done by Allen? I see you guys talking about the stock seats, but I have a Mustang touring that I really like. I just want to knock about an inch of the height and narrow the sides a little to help my reach to the ground.

I have the Roadie reach seat that I bought on eBay on the way to you. I didn't ask for it, but it fits a FLH, so go ahead and narrow the front it that's what you usually do.
