I personally do not like the look of white seats and grips, even on the nostalgic bikes. Not even when they came stock and new that way back in the 50's and I like the nostalgic look, even white walls. I set my 03 Pearl White Fatboy up a little retro, but I would never go as far as doing the white seat and grips. Color matching white with white paint is tough and they get all yellow and dirty and never on the floorboards. The first time you put your feet on white floorboards and they look shitty with road tar and all. Grips always look yellow or tarnished and never stay white. Seats fade and loose their white color. Black is also a color on the bike with the frame and engine so black and chrome look good to me. Just my opinion and hey, you asked?

My current plan is black 12" baby apes with white 'Coke bottle' grips, white HD Tallboy-spec seat from MCC, powered coated black lowers, black round horn cover, black bell air cleaner, and black gradient MS 'fat' shield. Continued gloss black bits and pieces as money allows.
I'm thinking it should come together nicely with the amber/silver color.
The Super Glide will get the same treatment, along with the Sumax LoBoy front fender already purchased, waiting to mount and paint.
