I found this . I believe it will mount to the mounting holes where the turn signal bar mounts.

For a light, I got a short LED strip at AutoZone that I put on the bottom of the turn signal bar and wired into the fender tip light.

Here is what you're looking for maybe . If you take a mounting plate like disco joes, and re drill the bolt holes in the angled area just above the original holes, it will lay down really nice. Then a nice frame, and your done. All for dirt cheap, and it looks great.
