Default Mean City Cycle Seat Modifications

Just moved from a FatBoy with a Corbin to a '07 E.G. Classic. I want to do some distance touring so want a good distance seat. The stock seat is very nice but a little high and close. I read a post recommending Mean City Cycles for modifying seats. Has anyone used Mean City. What were the results. Any other seat recommendations for 8 hour days. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks, Bill

Bill, I had my seat reworked by mean city and I thought he did a great job. He lowered it for me. It is also much more comfortable to ride. The best thing to do is give allen a call and discuss what you want done. 1-828-428-1521

I had Allen at Mean City do my stock StreetGlide seat. Rode 10+ hours to Daytona with it. Excellent results and quality. Plus you cant beat the price compared to a new seat. He can lower you, move you back, reshape it so you arent sitting on your tail bone, what ever you need. Call or email him, you wont be disappointed.

I had my seat modified by MCC afew months back and have nothing but good things to say about Allen and his work. I've read other threads on this forum about MCC and no one has any complaints. Great alternative to buying a high dollar replacement.

Allen did an excellent job on my RKC seat, had him narrow the front which gave me more foot to the ground,he also padded the seat to move me forward. For the price you cant beat it.BTW the little lady is much happier with the new padding.
