Default Rear Passenger Footboards

As many riders like their extra foot pegs attached to the engine guards so they can stretch their legs, so would my wife who rides on back. Does anyone know of a foot board that would let her legs stretch farther out on my Limited?

Thanks,

Motor 8

Not sure what is available as far as foot boards but my wife loves these Kuryakyn adjustable passenger foot pegs. Gives her some options for foot position and she can lay her legs over the top of them when she wants to stretch out. Several of my buddies have them as well.

I almost got a set for 100.00 from another sight, the owner wanted 150.00 but sold them while I was trying to deal with him. I should have ponied up and paid him the 150.00, just did not have it at that time to spend.

Before you spend any coin, lower them down an inch or two. You can do that on a Limited. Did that for the old lady.

Drop them first. Hubby put floorboards and adjustable Kuryakin pegs on for me and I hated it! Took them all off and went back to the pegs. Adjustables seem to work better for shorter people, IMO.

Before you ask, sold them back to the guy we bought them from, as we had bought new mounts and they now fit his new bike.

For your 2014 limited you may want to check out HD #54157-10 Adjustable Auxiliary Passenger Footpeg Mounts. Reviews are good. I have yet to purchase myself but folks I ride with have them and passengers love them. They can be set in three different positions including the position closed and out of the way. A bit pricey but what isn't from HD. You also have to purchase footpegs sold seprately.
Safe Riding.

Plus 1 On Taggs post.

Adjustable mounts may help your Wife, but could hinder you putting your feet down at stops.

When my Wife would ride on back seat and we were riding on highways & I had my feet on the
highway pegs, she could place her feet on my footboards to stretch out.
