Yeah Biggzed educate me too, not why "change the oil lines"......what oil lines?
Are you talking exterior oil hoses like on a softail?
Not sure what you mean by "oil lines" on a bagger ??
PS: as far as tuning individual cylinders, I don't think that can be done with a 2-1 like a thunder header. There is no way to get the probe up into each cylinder pipe?

I'd go for the 103" while your doing the work, my 103" running in the 120's hp/tq is getting 30 to 32 mpg on the highway running 80 mph, around town twisting on it it gets 25 to 30 mpg.
I'm also running 3.37 gears with a 6 speed, stock 3.15 gears may get a little better.

Hey Harleypaw,
That sounds good, what is your whole motor setup? cams? heads? compression? did you change the TB?
My 95" runs like a raped ape and I ride it like I stole it every time I'm on it. I have had 3 different dyno runs, the latest was last year in Sturgis from SPEEDS. He had nothing to gain by exagerated numbers and I was right at 100 & 100.
I rode my buddy's 06 RK with a 103" yesterday and though I may have noticed a little more power, it wasn't like a got a hardon or said "WHOW". What I noticed while running at 80 or 90 in 5th gear when I hit the throttle on my bike it does not really respondwell unless I downshift to 4th, then it's a rocket. My power level is like 3800 or 4K rpm and up.When I rode the 103"that's where I noticed the power, when I hit the throttle in 5th at 3200rpm I got more of a response.
Should I go with a 103" or just downshift? I think by staying with the 95" but changing to the S&S 585G gear cam I'll be happy and maybe get that extra little kick??
THANKS!
RAY
