I do my own maintenance. I follow the checklist. Only thing I cannot check is belt tension. I need to buy a belt tension gauge.

 

This is how belt tension seems to work for me .On the post 2009 I get 20-21 K out of a rear tire . I do not push the wear . With normal riding for the most part I have never had to adjust the belt between rear tire changes.
Works out very well.
