This comes highly highly recommended from Bob Woods from Woods Cams. I talked to him a few weeks ago about doing a cam job and he said he would give me a deal with the cams and the new primarygearing. I thought he said it was '01 was the last year for that gearing though.

Either way I'll be doing it shortly as well.

What effects will it have on a dyno tune if you change to the 3.37 after it has been dyno tuned with the 3.15?
Will it need to be dynoed again?

It will not effect how your engine runs (i.e. - air/fuel mixture ratio). It simply changes the ratio of the output from the engine to the input of the transmission.

My thoughts are also with the 95" upgrade. What effect will it have. I don't have the 95" yet. But I do plan on it in the future.
BrianTTM and PhilM both have this setup on their 98 and 95 inch setups. The 3.37 will actually enhance the output of the engine power to the trans and rear wheel. And if you keep your wrist from twisting your fuel milleage should go up as well since the engine does not have to work to get up to speed.

All around, this seems to be a great setup!!!!!

Any of you big bore boys should chime in on this one!!!

Yes. But your speedo would be inaccurate.

I am 70mph@3,000 RPM....or really close to it. Stock gearing on a stock EVO Electra Glide. Works fine for me.

I was wondering if on a 07 UC it would make 6th Gear a little more useable. I was thinking if there was a way an 07 could change the final ratio it may make 6th a little better since there all not that many roads you can legally drive 70-80 mph besides Interstates. I know the speedo would be off!!!

Has anyone tried such a mod???

Would 3.37gearmodwork on 07??? I think this mod will help to make the 07 smooth out the 6 gear. I find my self running 70-85 on the hwy just to make the 6th happy. alhought lately im
using 5th more and more and run 55-75 and 6th on open hyw.
