I bought a police bike a month ago with the mind to throw some street glide fenders on it eventually. Well yesterday, a ratchet strap laying in the road jumped up and almost ripped the front fender off pulling the lower sides out. I can straighten it out, but it'll never be right.

So now that I actually need a front fender, will any year from '09 up work? I just want a simple stock fender.

 

The fenders for 2014+ are different than the earlier fenders. They sit lower and the mounting holes are a little bit further apart than on the 2013 and earlier front fenders. Could one of those be made to work? Maybe but I'd say if you want the same fender youa re stuck 2014, 2015, or 2016.

What size is the stock front wheel on that bike? 17x3.5?

 

Right now its a 17, but I just picked up some factory SGS 19/16 combo to install this weekend.

 

Gotcha. I have a brand new Klock Werks front wrapper fender for 18 and 19" stock front wheels here I can do for you for $265 shipped. Brand new just needs to be painted.

 

I appreciate the offer and if a stock one doesn't pop up soon I might do the 19". EVENTUALLY - i want to get to a 21 though. No sense in buying parts 2x lol

And the ironic part of what i just said - contradicted what i just said. lol
