Default Extended Bags, lower fairings aftermarket?

Just purchased a new RGS, however, I would like to get the extended bags and front lower fairings. HD Stealership wants like $2100 for color match sets. So I am looking for a cheaper alternative like American made aftermarket. Any suggestions?

Thanks~

American made Aftermarket bags are going to cost you $800 or more before paint. There may also be some modifications that you have to make so that they fit right. Add paint and you are in the $1300 or more range. I don't know of any American company making lowers aside from Fairing Factory and those are American designed mold. The parts are actually made in China. They will be a couple hundred plus the cost of paint. So you will end up paying close to the Stealership price for non Harley parts. I can see buying aftermarket for the bags, if you want something different, but not the lowers. Now if you don't care about American made for the lowers some of the companies on Ebay sell decent parts for around $70. Remember these do not come with mounting hardware which can be anywhere from $50 - $100 depending on where you get them. I'm cheap and made my own mounting hardware for about $15 but it took some effort.

Have you tried looking at websites like Thefactorymatch.com?
Topshop bags will run about $1,000 & another $280 for paint - but these are first rate bags

Check out eastern performance. I got bags for my SG for $600 another $300 for local painter so under $1000 all in. Bags are by fairing products, abs bags and fit first time with no issues.
