Stage 1 on 2015 / Cats and slip-on's = Worth it??
I have a stock 2015 Ultra Limited = Rush (Split baffles 3" and 2") Will leave the Cat IN --- looking at maybe the stage 1? $150 for Stage one Kit + A/C if I do not use stock one + Dealer upload at about $150 (This is with me installing the AC Kit - Dealer wanted $120??? just to install the AC kit
So after the $300 + What can I expect to get in return? Is it really worth it??

I think you would know from the muffler swap before/after that flow didn't change much.
the bottleneck to flow is the catalytic converter.
without changing that you will have minimal result- if any- by changing the intake or "tuning"
I'd suggest you just leave it warranty compliant for now.
when you decide, the ness big sucker is under 120 on ebay from easternpc.( but you may be just fine with the stock 2014+ air cleaner- which is higher flow than the earlier versions)
get decatted header for $150 rather than a $600+ header from aftermarket- without motor work there is no advantage
and some kinda of tuning compensation which can go $100 to $900.

Rush does not recommend any 3" baffle for a stage 1. If you aren't gonna get rid of the cat, just leave it be. When you do go full stage 1, check with Rush about that 3" baffle (2.25" and 2.5" are what they recommend w/stage 1), gut the head pipe or new head pipe, a/c install and buy a tuner. I'd never pay $150 for a onetime map, spend $300 and be able to map yourself and have autotune capability.
I'm impressed with the power and torque gains mine made with A/C, gutted head pipe, Rush BL's with 2.25" baffles and a Power Vision. I've done 2 autotunes and its so much more fun performance wise.
This winter I'm doing my 14 .......... A/C, S&S Power Tune head pipe, RCX 4.5 slipons, and Power Vision. Already can't wait til Spring to put that on the road!

Got the Rush SB2's = Three inch on Left and 2.5 on the right - This is what Rush recommends when leaving the Cat IN - and they say a stage one CAN be done If the rider chooses..
my question - and it has been answered here by others - what can be gained by Me doing a stage one while leaving the cat IN and having the Rush SB2
opinions are I gain really nothing??

by removing weight from your wallet, you will be faster!
really I don;t think worth the cost to do anything with the cat in place.
of the myriad reasons I choose a 2009 over a 2010 was the lack of a cat in the header for 49 State models. and the Tier II regs came in for 2010.
at the time AZ had emissions testing for motorcycles and I didn;t want to have to deal with potential problems of a removed cat
I don;t know anything about your mufflers- could be that without the cat they create a net loss due to slowing exhaust gasses ( too large diameter exhaust tract)
you still have the stock mufflers? they may work better to keep exhaust gas velocity high
( I use supertrapps- adjustable/tuneable)
