Just needs an adjustment as most have said already. It will just pop right on after that. My advice is now that you have those good looking bags, pick up a Brukus Saddlebag Secure kit. It's cheap insurance and keeps some 9 Ball from popping your bags off with a screwdriver and walking away with them. Good looking scoot!!

Road King Classic, changed to hard bags, need bracket
You may only need to switch the spacers from front to back. That's what I had to do on my 08. The leathers are tapered differently if I recall and will work if they are reversed, but the hard bags won't.
When I say "spacers" I mean the tubular sleeves that are stand-offs behind the brackets as well as the bolts. They are different length front and rear.
