What a difference. Not a small difference. A huge difference. Thanks. Couldn't be happier.
That's EXACTLY how I felt with my new Limited and what drove me to find the cure. Knowing the smile on your face now puts a big smile on mine.

Thanks man,

John @ Rockout

YES !! I'm the type that does a project over and over in my head before I tackle it. I'm convinced it needs done and am reasonably competent but I tend to be a visual learner and a How to thread would be awesome. So, how about someone do it on their next install?
This Dyna Thread coupled with the instruction section of Rockout would work together well:

I appreciate the refund, but the cost won't break me. I took a shot and they didn't work out, no big deal. Thanks for the great customer service....

If anyone wants to do a video... the Rockouts, beer & pizza are on me.

In fact, if anyone on the SF Bay area is interested, I'll bring the party to you, just supply the bike, workspace & basic hand tools.

I imagine my question has been answered somwheree in the 26 pages of posts and comments on this thread but its been a long day of riding. How difficult is it to put these in? How much do they cost? Where can I get them in Ontario Canada? I have a ticking sound at about 2200 rpms and was thinking on trying these. I considered going to 60 wt oil but don't want to start another oil war.

Hi Randy,

The Rockout are very easy to install, please see the installation instructions on my website (in my signature below). The Rockout kits are $20 each shipped to Canada, or 2 for $30. Please PM me for details, or contact me through the email address on my website.

Hope to have you in the tap free club soon!

John @ Rockout

I'm your guy! I could be in the Bay Area for that! short ride for me. I have been wanting to get this done for awhile now. I have actually thought about trading in my King just to get away from the noise. I could seriously benefit from this. Please let me know.

I bought'em last year and I finally got around to installing them a few weeks ago.

I also put in new S&S standard lifters. When I pulled out the stock lifters they were showing some strange uneven wear on the roller. The cam lobes looked pretty good tho.

The loud "tick" I always heard at 2200-2800 rpm is totally gone!

Now I can actually hear the valves closing. Only at idle and its very quiet but its still a "tick" but what can ya do?

Edited to add I'm just over 20k miles.
