I've wondered this as well. Why just do one side? Is there a reason for this?

It wouldn't help. Only the two bolts on each cylinder on the air cleaner side of the support plates engage with the notches in the shafts. The two bolts on the primary side are located closer together & miss the shafts completely.

There aren't any notches on the far side of the rocker shafts for the inserts to lock into might be another way of saying it.

I just finished the install on my bike. It's raining here in Boise so I'm not going for a ride. I did start the bike and let it warm up. It makes far less upper engine noise than previously. I expect it will be quiet throughout the RPM range now. Thanks for a product that does what it says and at an affordable price.

Ok thanks, mine is pretty friggin noisey, if it will quiet mine it will quiet any of them!
