Will Harley introduce a water cooled Tourer? Yes they will, but that won't signal the end of air cooled products. BMW has no problem meeting future emmissions standards with they're air cooled engine. It's all about the size of our carbon footprint anyway (total BS of course). I won't be surprised to find that all non essential forms of transportation outlawed - or heavily taxed! Own a Harley! pay the man!! They want our money!!! That said, I'd really like Harley to design a viable diesel. That would be cool!!!

 

Yamaha is building a reliable, powerful, EPA compliant air/oil cooled pushrod Vtwin right now. If Yamahacan do it, so can Harley. If Harley goes to a watercooled configuration, I guarantee Yamaha's market share will soar. As will the value of used "traditional" Harley's. Water cooling is for sportbikes and ugly metric cruisers, not Harley's(no offense to any VROD afficianados).
