I had the occasional random rough start for quite awhile. Had my indy check my battery on 35k service a couple months ago (all good).

The other day, went to start and got the dreaded "click" but still had all my electricals. As it turns out the starter had become so loose it lost it's ground to the frame.

Once tightened back down, started better than it had in quite a while...lesson learned.

 

I had the same problem and my shop found it while taking care of some other things.
