Okay so I bought some dealmaker halo angel eyes from eBay. The link below to be exact.

I have a 2013 street glide. It says to connect the White Angel Eye DRL but I'm not sure where that connects to. When I connect it to the harness, everything works except for the Halo. I'm currently stuck and I'm not sure where to connect it. Has anyone connected these?

 

can you post the instructions that came with this.


2.) ebay stuff scares me- if you get this working- before putting teh fairing back together, start the bike and check that the radio works ( rf interference)...you may have to reposition their little wiring harness if you get unacceptable noise

That's the problem, they didn't provide them. I connected them and everything worked. Only the Halo Ring didn't.

 

Contact the seller.

 

Connect the power and ground from the halo light to a keyed power source.

 

I found the power source. I connect the DRL cable, the halo turns on then turns off right away. Every time I disconnect it and reconnect it, it turns on for a split second.

 

after you get that in, you'll just need an oversized rear wing, VHT spray paint tint on everything, and some stick on air scoops and you'll fit right in with the ricer burner kids.

It always amazes me that people are willing to put in more work being useless ********, then to be helpful!

 

what power source are you connecting to? have you tried doing a direct wire from the battery to the angel-eye, see if it lights up from that or not. if it cant stay lit from direct power, theres something wrong with the light itself.

for direct power in the fairing, i'd tap into either the Turn signal running light circuit or the cigarette lighter.
