You need to spread the pipe where the gasket goes in the crossover. If not getting the gasket in with out screwing it up is all but impossible. I used a small pipe expander.

I don't believe I experienced any additional vibration with the addition of the Jackpot pipe. But then again, I did cams, lifters, intake, Monster Ovals and PV at the same time. It is smooth as glass when riding though.

It definitely vibrates more. But not enough to have me worried. I'm very happy with the pipe. Seems to have made some decent seat of the pants power. But that always leaves you hungry for more. I think it'll be a FM 107 over the winter.

anyhow, my question is is to those that have the 2-1-2 pipe......do you feel like the handle bars have more vibration in them since the install?? Call me crazy, but thats the first thing I noticed....i have no idea why.....does this make any sense ?
Did I miss something? Did you have a OEM with a CAT? If so, the bike will run even more lean now. I had a PCV so installed a new map. Have since had a dyno too. And yes, the exhaust is louder and a little different. I went with a smaller baffle and still LOUD. But overall, no issues here.

I had own with cat before hand. In running he cobra powrpro that is supposed to be self tuning.

Bike seems to be running just fine. Next to no popping in decel. If I'm cruising along and get in it it kinda hesitates for a split second but then the power comes on nice and smooth.
