Sorry to keep a old thread going but I just recieved my new color matched inner from boardtracker and not only were they cheaper than surdyke ( $557 vs$641) but they delivered it to my door, free shipping, in the 30 day time frame their website stated. Also no tax. Yes HD color matched stuff is expensive but you know its gonna fit, it already has all the rubber trim in place, and it even has the legendary crappy HD instructions included!
anyway you look at it , I saved about a hundred bucks over surdyke and had zero trouble getting it from boardtracker

This may explain the shipping delays some are experiencing

That appears to explain why the order I recently placed had no shipping date in over 30 days. Seems like another case of business owner malfeasance.

A Harley audit in February allegedly revealed 32 motorcycles that were financed through Harley had been sent to an auction and had not been paid for. The auction company allegedly had already advanced the dealership payment for the bikes in some cases three weeks before the audit, but Harley had not been paid at all by the dealership, according to the complaint...... Wow

Yeah, read that article this morning. Will be interesting to see where this lands, in the meantime, I wouldn't be ordering anything from them.

I see Boardtracker going under in the near future, just my observation.

well, I guess we should be satisfied that we either got refunds or our merchandise...eventually.

I was not happy that two HD dealers showed a part in stock and ready to ship from the warehouse and BoardtrackerHD could not even give me an update on availability or shipping three weeks after I made my order. I could have waited longer for the part but I did not like them not being forthcoming with their delivery issues. Their financial problems are just that, theirs...that is until it causes me issues. My issue is not with past orders, it is with the latest order. It was a week past shipping date before I inquired and was told the order still had not shipped out from the factory leading me to believe that the kit was is production and not in immediate stock. I found out that was not true and the problem was with BoardtrackerHD not being able to deliver a paid for part that was in stock at the warehouse. The writing was on the wall...
