I've used them when they were Kutter, and as Boardtracker. I just bought a service manual from them last week. Ordered it on Sunday, it shipped on Tuesday, and it was waiting for me when I came back from work on Friday. Cheaper after taxes that my local dealer before taxes.

I've used them under both names now - heard the ship times went up during transition but didn't seem to be an issue this past week. Ordered on Sunday and my order shipped out on Friday. Got a call Monday, apparently they spot check address and mine came back with the trucking company I was running up till last year - just asked that it wasn't a freight forwarder (border town too) and was for personal use and thank you for your time, processed and shipped right afterwards.

They were my go to shop for years, not any more. They changed, cannot call Anthony who runs it anymore, you have to email. The prices have gone up over Surdyke, and the 2-4 week shipping has made me find another vender. I am bummed about this, I remember when it was Kutter, they were great, then Boardtracker moved in and things ain't like they were before.

When I worked parts at an HD dealer, clearly everything was not stocked at the dealer. Those that wished to special order a part could do so, but it wouldn’t necessarily be ordered from the MOCO the day they ordered it at the counter. It would get ordered when a trade order was completed which consisted of the automatic inventory reorder points, etc. There has to be a certain level to place an order from the MOCO in order for the dealer get the benefit of not having to pay shipping etc. IIRC, we did trade orders every Tuesday. If someone came in after the order was placed and their item was a small part and there were not other items to reach the level, it wouldn’t be ordered until the following Tuesday. Then there would be the 7 day wait on top of that. When ordering from an online dealer, if they don’t have it in stock, they in turn would have to reship it from their storefront after receiving it from the MOCO distribution center. This would add even more time. This may explain why some of you are experiencing long wait times.

You get what you pay for,
They are not stocking the parts ( that keeps their costs low), they order it from the MoCO, it gets shipped to them, they receive it, process it, package and ship it.
You can have it cheap, you can have it fast, but you can't have both.
If you want it faster, go to your local parts counter and order it, then go pick it up.
I used to use them, but now I am using Surdyke more and more.
Depends on the shipping costs.

I've ordered numerous times from Boardtracker in the past and typically received my items within two weeks or so. Never any complaints about their service. I recently placed an order (order placed 01/11/2019, credit card charged immediately) and hadn't received anything I ordered after 30+ days! They didn't even send me any notices about a delay or an expected delivery date. I cancelled my order and my credit card charges were refunded. I just wonder if something is going on there???
