Unhappy 1993 flhtcu with charging problems

So I'm having great trouble with my ride. I first notice this about a week ago when riding with my group, I lost turn signal cancellation. Shortly after that run, we had stopped for a quick rest about 20 mins. Bike would not turn over. I jump started battery, and decided to head home to figure out what was going on. on the 1 hr ride home, i played with everything to try and narrow it down here is what i found:
no turn signal cancellation.
voltage on the meter was showing just under 13 volts
voltage drop when squeezing brakes down to 10 volts
when running driving lamps voltage drops below 11 volts
radio on voltage drop to just under 12
with everything on voltage meter as far left as possible.
I got it home check the battery and it is showing 12.73 on meter. with bike running at battery 14.3. I pulled the ground and and tested current draw and i am getting just over 4 amp draw. I have disconnected everything with a plug or connection one wire at a time and cannot find where it is drawing from. I tested ground to regulator and its fine, tested stator and it is not grounded and is throwing out 40 ac volts. Ive replaced or cleaned every ground i could find. Im at my wits end. DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS?

load test the battery

a duff battery becomes a huge load on the charging system and can stress and damage the VR and stator

current draw on negative 4 amps- when bike off or running?

sure cables are good?

I had a neighbor with a rotted battery cable and it caused all kinds of interesting faults

4 amps when bike is off?

wow.

ok, one at a time pull fuses until the current draw drops.

that will give us an idea which circuit(s) could be a problem

Head on over to the EVO section. There is a "sticky" that outlines how to test and trouble shoot your charging system.

OK SO NEW QUESTION. So does anyone have the oem number of the turn signal module. I think i need to replace it. turn signals aren't canceling and the cruise control quit working also.

Exclamation

Let's do one thing at a time! The indicator module part number can be found on-line here, but don't go replacing stuff until we've isolated your problem. There is a white and green wire from the flasher module to the back of your speedo which provides the cancel feature, so check the continuity of that wire.

You'll get even more help over in the Evo section, as recommended by Chaz. Your bike may have circuit breakers, not fuses, but as Mike suggests, isolate where your current draw is.
