Exclamation 110 Bolt on kit for 103 Engines is here!!!!

I was considering doing the stage IV kit on my 103 FLHTK (2014 model) until I found out HD has just released a bolt on 110 kit!!
Part # 92500032
Yippee!!
No case boring required with this kit which is a plus.
I am getting a quote from the stealer on fitting costs now as I'm very interested!
With this kit I'll have the same capacity as a CVO model! - Cool!

Oh Boy! It puts out the roughly the same power as a well built 103". Better look at the MOCO Dyno charts on the website. Not impressed.

I hope they made some major improvements to the 110. I'll tell you right now my mildly warmed over 103 beats CVO 110s all day long. It doesn't even take a well built 103 to beat the 110s. Just a little extra bump and a good tune.

Just imagine what a "well built" 110 could do.

I hear ya. Of course, when you do the same to a 110 (little bump and a good tune) the same applies naturally.

Is it worth 2500 bucks or whatever to go from a factory 103 to a factory 110? Probably not, but people will be buying it regardless for whatever reason.
I'd rather spend my money on a proven fuelmoto 107 kit which probably beats them all, bumped or not.

What I really wonder is if Fuelmoto will take a hint from these new backwards compatible 110 cylinders and make a kit of their own combined with their heads/pistons etc. That I would buy.

As I said in another thread, I'd like to understand how they get to 110 without case boring. I've always been told 107 is the max on these cases.

I agree with you. Actually what I think I am going to do. Now that the factory 103s are pretty close to my build once a they do a stage one, if I keep this bike it will go fm107.
