19 inch VS 21 inch front wheel

Went from a 19" enforcer to a 21" DNA 52 spoke on my 2010 road glide. Raises the front end up about an inch of you don't lower the suspension. Turns a little slower at low speeds mainly. I don't notice a difference at highway speeds. Got used to the slow speed difference after the first ride with it. Maybe it will change again when I lower the forks down an inch.

I just put a 21" ride wright on and stayed stock on the rear and it didn't change my ride height at all. Not sure if you put it or I forgot the year of your bike but mine is a 2012.
As far as handling that's gonna depends on your tires I'd say. My bike feels better to me now then it did stock. Like I said it might and probably does have to do with the tires. I have mc2's on mine

The reason a DNA spoke wheel turns slower is that the spoke rims are extremely heavy. Get a mag rim and it does not turn any slower. The misconception that a 21" wheel will ruin your handling is a fallacy as far as I am concerned.
The high center of gravity on a bagger is such that a large wheel such as a 21" is not nearly as noticeable as it is on a softail or other bike that sits quite low. I speak from personal experience but it is impossible to say how you will react to a larger front wheel.
Depending on the year of your bike (2014 +) you might need brackets to raise the front fender and a specific tire or an ABS module, however if your bike is 2013 and older no brackets or ABS module necessary. If you need more info please call the shop.
Here is my personal bike with a 21" on the front. Over 40k miles on that 21" wheel.

I agree on the DNA wheel being super heavy. Bike felt a little slower maybe but it could just be in my head. Not like a stock 96" is fast anyways... LOL.
No issues with the ABS on my 2010 just made sure they used an ABS bearing but I can't speak for the 14s. I also had to drill out the rear fender posts to 3/8" and raise it up a hair to clear the tire.

I have not felt any handling differences after making the switch either on the highway or twisty canyon roads

you can run the Dunlop 21"tire from Harley Breakout it will not affect the abs, there is a thread about on here somewhere on here.
