19 inch VS 21 inch front wheel

Avon 120/70.
I agree on the DNA wheel being super heavy. Bike felt a little slower maybe but it could just be in my head. Not like a stock 96" is fast anyways... LOL.
No issues with the ABS on my 2010 just made sure they used an ABS bearing but I can't speak for the 14s. I also had to drill out the rear fender posts to 3/8" and raise it up a hair to clear the tire.

I'm running a 21" front wheel with a Conti Commander tire - had to install the Tracmax - http://thunder-max.com/Products/TracMax.aspx but if you go with the Dunlop front tire you should be fine without it...
I have not felt any handling differences after making the switch either on the highway or twisty canyon roads

For tire inflation I run listed max PSI on side of tire on my Michelin Commander II tires, however I did the same with the MEtzeler ME888 and it rode far too rough. Inflation pressure really depends on the exact tire you are using. The stock Harley Dunlops have such a stiff sidewall than you can run them at Harley's recommended PSI without issue, however a softer tire with a sidewall that is not as stiff such as the Avon Cobra sshoudl be run at max PSI listed on the sidewall.
Another part of this equation has a lot to do with how you ride your bike. If you just cruise it is not usually an issue. It seems to be that guys whom like to ride faster (myself included) are the people whom tend to notice a wobble.
The 2009 and newer bikes are much less prone to wobble due to the new frame however they can still made to wobble depending on how much you push it and how much you lean it over at speed.
I added the Alloy Art Stabilizer (as it was the least expensive) and noticed a difference right away. I always notice when my tire is low on pressure as when I lean the bike over it will get a slight wobble. Tire pressure is paramount on these behemoth bikes.
What works for me may not work for you. There are too many subtle differences in how people ride, how much weight they carry on the bike, if they ride one up or two up, how their tires are balanced, how tight the steering head bearings are, what kind of rear shocks they are running, what kind of pressure is in the shocks how tall the shocks are, if the front end is lowered, how it is lowered and the list goes on and on and on.
If it were as simple as "here you need this part" my job would be simple. Unfortunately the variables exist. If you need help with any of this stuff give a call or PM and I will do what I can.
