I've got a Road Glide as well. I called Mustang and gave them my height, weight & inseam and well as my better halfs info & they asked a couple of questions and recommended a seat. My second RG and second Mustang on a Road Glide. Nuff said lol.

You can't go wrong.

a.boogeyman, which mustang seat do you have? I measured the distance between my bags and it is less than 16 inches.

I just got a price from M and M cycleshttps://www.mandmcycles.com/homepage.htm yesterday of $365.00 (list price $459.00) on the smooth touring (part # 75449) Mustang with $25.00 shipping.It would be worth a call to save a few bucks.They have great prices on everything.
