What year is the best year

But why would I buy a stereo from Harley? Aftermarket stereo manufacturers have much better units.
And you do know that the stereo is likely the LAST thing to fail, right? When was the last time a modern stereo failed on you that wasn't "button or ****" related? I've never seen it and I have swapped lots of stereos, usually because the owner wants bigger and better.

a simple google search on just ford and gm touch screen radio's, i'll leave it at that. Nothing is invincible, I think most people would agree with that. Not trying to bash the product, I think it is a nice upgrade but nothing is ever perfect and some people are going to have issues. what do the aftermarket radios with that size face cost? many times aftermarket price themselves just under stock replacement to coax you on over.

So here in the next 4 months or so I plan on getting a Street glide. Hoping that with the 2016's coming out soon the 2014's will be reduced considerably. But just wondering what everyone's opinion is on what the best year street glides. If not a 14 thinking about getting an 09 or newer for sure.

Quite plainly recent bikes haven't been around long enough to identify problem areas yet, while older bikes have established the things we need to be aware of. Being in the happy position of not being able to afford a new or recent bike I can safely say that I would certainly go for a Rushmore bike, probably a Limited, the SG just doesn't appeal, bearing in mind there are two of us to get onboard!
