Default Tour Pak plate

I bought a razor Matuza Tour Pak for my 2014 SGS, after getting it I was told to get the reinforcement plate. Being as it was around $17.00 at the local HD Dealer I bought it. Well it finally came in today. None of the holes line up, with exception to the center holes to mount to the docking hardware. So my question is, did I get the wrong one or do I just need to mark and drill my tour pak? The Part # for what I have is 90755-09. I have read where everyone is making their own but figured that with a $17.00 part it would not be worth my time.

Personally, if the quality is there I would just go head and drill it out. By the time you take it back and order another one you could have already installed the one you purchased.
If you screw it up, which I dought you will, your only out of $17.00
