Default 200 Tire on a Road King.

Just wondering if anyone has a 200 series rear tire on their Bagger. If so, how does it ride compared to stock? and how much does the kit cost. In this months American Iron Magazine they have part 2 of the swap and next month the will be finished. It looks pretty sweet. I gota have one....I don't think my wife would notice[] Do you

Fat Baggers Inc offers a 200 kit for the FLH'S @ about $4k.

They have several galleries and there is a Road King Custom with a 200 in the first.Gallery 2 includes
240,280,and 300mm baggers.

Well after looking at the pics. I hate the look on the baggers with the bags. The versions without bags, look great. But the wider fender with the stock width bags just looks to wierd looking to me. The pics of the 240mm and 300mm where they removed the bags all together looks really cool. Too pricey for me though, and I bought a bagger for a reason.

Someone here said you can put a 180 on a FLH with NO changes! So other than a bigger # WTF is better about a 200? When the only added expense of a 180 is just the diference in tire cost.

Wow! I don't much care for the larger rear tire but that is one sweet Road Glide with the flame job and the 2-1 exhaust at the fatbaggers.com site.

The fat tire on a bagger just doesn't look right to me. Just curious, how does a bike with a 300 tire handle?

Thanks for the info OLIVER CLOZOFF, $4000 is alot a of cash, and I don't think that was with a Wheel , just the tire. I'll have to go back and look again. I see they are in Chariton, Iowa that's not to far from me, I'll have to go down and check them out in person. I'm in Des Moines, IA.

I do agree with that for sure. If I can put on a 180 and it rides ok, I'm with you ApeKing, WTF?
