I have a 2003 roadking classic, when cruising slowly I hear front rotor noise or brake noise not sure which it is, is this normal

Describe the noise.

Is it a steady grinding sound?
Is it a fluctuating sound?
Do you hear it only when you go in a straight line?
Do you hear it only when you make a turn?
Is it only audible when you back your bike out of the garage?
Does it appear only when you apply the brakes?
Does it go away when you apply the brakes?

 

the noise almost goes away when front brake is applied
