Price/Place for Michelin Commander IIs

I have a Avon cobra in the front, commander 2 in the rear. I think the combo works well. I usually don't mix but my tire got a nasty piece of metal during a trip. They didn't carry Avons, and the front was new. After breaking them in I ripped through the tail of the Dragon, I was impressed.

**edited..my rear size isn't found in Mich or American Elite. Appears only D407 or something like Metz. I'll just stay D407..it's the 18 inch rim**

Front tire D408F, 130/60B19
Rear tire D407, 180/55B18
Rear tire is squared pretty good and getting close, in some areas, to the wear indicators. I'm sure I have a couple thousand miles left on it, but I'm replacing with Michelin Commander IIs. I want to order it now so I'll have it on hand to replace. The front is still good, so I'll just replace the rear for now.
My question is....is their anyone who has purchased this tire recently and knows of the best prices/discounts? I'm guessing that this tire comes in the sizes I need for front and rear? Thanks guys
