Guys,

I need to move my passing lamps forward to put on the wind deflector. I am familiar with the slotted socket needed to loosen the passing lamp housing. Can the connection to the turn signal housing be safely removed? It looks like a metal spade connector and black (?insulation) that encloses 2 blue wires. Is this a connector? I am looking for more room to work around that 9/16 nut inside the passing lamp housing. Thanks.
