[QUOTE=JohnnyDrama;14225776]Finally got my 2014 SGS build done and was asked to post photos by some members following my other posts regarding each stage of upgrades. It took me four stages over about a year to get her completely dialed in, but it's finally all come together and looks exactly how I envisioned it. I'm super happy with the overall look. The vast majority of the bike was done by Baggers Inc here in Phoenix, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They do great work and are just as fastidious as I am. LOL.
This final round of upgrades included:
23" Arlen Ness wheel and rotors
Avon front tire
TracMax ABS Module
HHI X23 kit
Front fender
Side covers
Powder coating forks and crash bar
Powder coating rear wheel
Painted bag latches
I put about 50 miles on her over the weekend and loved every minute of it. Have a 1,000 mile ride coming up in a few days, and can't wait to get out on the bike again. Thanks to those members (mentioned them in an earlier post) who patiently answered my questions over the last year as I was brainstorming and planning my build. Now it's on to motor upgrades! Haha. Should only take another couple of years to save back up...
Johnny, I've pretty much have been obsessing over your build. It's exactly what I'm going for. Built but not un-rideable. I've been worried about rear bags because I don't want them too low and tear them up riding. How has yours been? And how much has the ride changed since putting on your 23"? Again your bike is perfect.
