Could you give us a review/comparison after a few miles?

I hope you have bottomless pockets as there are boo koo mods that can be done with a Road King. Having had mine so long rest assured I could have easily bought another bike but it is mine and very much unlike any other on the road, once I get it out of the shop again that is.....

I too came off a FatBob to a Touring (Street Glide) I needed the bags and wanted a somewhat "cool" bike. I figured I'd be giving up some of the riding "fun factor" coming off the Dyna onto a heavier but more comfortable touring chassis. I was wrong!! The SG handles like a dream, the 103 is stronger than the 96 and unlike the 96 it actually pulls 6th gear. The batwing, radio, cruise, bags are all a bonus....I really liked my Bob but I LOVE my Street Glide! Congrats on the new King.

I kept the fatbob and bought a road glide, a word of advice stay away from HD seats, lots of good stuff on the market besides their junk. Mustang, Ultimate etc. Gel seats are hot in the summer and hard and cold in the winter. Enjoy the new motorcycle
