You're absolutely right. I pulled the thing off and bend that wave clip a bit and put all back. It helped a bit. Maybe I should bend it some more.

Hey ken, we have the same bike. this is off topic, but can you send me the build sheet on your 95" kit you used and what it ran you?

And I say bend the washer some more, just not so much that you snap it. Both my pegs are very snug and I am always moving them up and down for when the wifey joins me. Should be easy enough for you to get it right. Good luck, and great choice of bike. IMHO

Twert me my friend, all I did was look it up in the Service Manual. Best $50 a Harley Owner could spend on thier motorcycle.

I certainly would if I could but I bought the bike used and have no paper work regarding the kit. The owner gave me the original invoice when he purchased the bike new butit gave noparts detail.I can't find the darn thing now anyway.
