Maybe you could work a deal where they would replace your blown shock with some premium hand adjustable shocks. You pay the difference.

These are the upgraded shocks that come on the CVO and Street Glide Specials. Significantly better than the air shocks.

I did the deal on the CVO,I put about 191 miles on it in the last 2 days just riding locally, weather here is been very humid with threats of severe downpours. I didn't feel to comfortable with the heavy rain issues, new bike and new tires so the last few days been sitting in the garage getting some learning on the infotainment system. Was out yesterday (Sunday) with some friends and was extremely hot,(humid) didn't enjoy it at all, but I will say I did notice a difference in coming from a 103 to a 110. Noticed the 103 seemed to have more torque (bottom end) from a start then the 110 but when you throttle some on the 110 it's there mid range on up. Both engines have there advantages for sure, now if I can re adjust my clutch feeling from cable to hydraulic, guess more seat time is in the future . Did see my 13 RG getting serviced yesterday at the dealership, kind of like loosing an old friend as she sat there on the lift. Gonna miss her.

Find the leak!
Spray spray spray with a sprayer, you can find it.
I second that.... and if you are still under warranty, get the problem fixed. Then your scoot is working and you have plenty of time to research shock options.

My Right rear is leaking it was found at my 20K mile service, now they are back ordered.
Common sense says to get rid of the junk air shocks and go to aftermarket shocks. The money we spend on these bikes it would be nice to see HD upgrade the suspensions.
My next upgrade will be Ohlin's.
