With mine, I used to hit the auto-reverse several times and then eject it. Reference the real instructions above....... Nothing wrong with an EVO or a cassette deck either!

 

Did you mean "how do you get a CD disk out of a Harley radio/ disk player?"
I ask because I was not aware that any Harley players ever used the old fashioned tape cassettes. If I misread it, I stand corrected.

I believe cassettes were used on the '02 back. My '03 had a CD player.
