New to the forum...and to HD.
I'm a longtime rider. 41 years on the road this year. Always rode Japanese. Started on Suzuki, then a Penton (okay..not jap), a Honda CB450, Kawi S2 350 triple, Kawi KZ650 (took some some time off) then my current CBR954RR.
Had a chance to ride a Street Glide and then a Road Glide last week at Loudon, during Laconia Bike week. After all of these years of watching and wondering, suddenly, I get it!
The upshot of it all? Today I just bought a 2015 Road Glide in Vivid Black with a tour pack so that the Mrs can leave her Vulcan at home and we can do some serious touring.
