Default Highway peg adjustmentt

Just installed highway pegs on my 14 sgs and love them so far, have them set up so I can have heels on boards and toes on pegs. How close do u guys worry about getting them even on both sides? Have the right (brake) side set perfectly but if I match the left pretty close it feels like my left foot is turned way out and uncomfortable, so I have to turn the left side in a bit compared to the right. Do u guys get them as close to even as possible or get them close and adjust each side to where it is comfortable

I want them to be comfortable. Not worried about even how they look.

Default peg adjustment

Start by putting them on even and nice, then adjust as needed for comfort.

Have them both even at the lowest point on the crash bar right above the bend. The left side I have turned in about 0.5" more than the right one in order for both feet to feel naturally comfortable with heels on boards and toes on pegs. Guess I might be over thinking it a bit

Have then centered between the upper and lower bends, maybe a hair closer to the upper bend with them turned about even.

The OP is asking if anyone cares more about comfort than they do about having them even. Telling how high or low in the bars doesn't help.

OP: it's your ride, it's your comfort, put them where it feels right. For the record, my left is turned inward more than the right.

You are the only one who can see if they are uneven. When on a side stand, or riding, no one else will notice or can tell.

I set mine even initially, but need to adjust the left to be more comfortable. The right is blocked by the brake and AC, so it is what it is.
