Default New to the touring section

Hi all,
I'm new to the touring section. I have been lurking around the dyna section for 2years, and traded my wide glide for a 2015 sgs. Love it so far.
Looking for suggestions about the best way to eliminate some of the buffering, and also any input about the bike itself.
Thanks all
Rich

Welcome Rich, I would look into LRS. When they have a sale it's hard to beat and they are made in America. I'm running the 8" Ultra and I'm 5'10" and it is perfect for me on my 14 SGS.

Another plug for LRS. If you call them they will guide you to ordering the correct height so no guess work and having to reorder.

I went with a Freedom Shield 9". I'm 6'3" and it eliminated pretty much everything whether I'm helmetless or wearing my full face.

Good choice on your new scoot.

+1 for Freedom Shield. I chose that option and could not be happier. The OL is happy as well. Give John a call and he can set you up. http://freedomshields.net

You can try the shield you buy. As long as you dont remove the plastic it can be returned as well.
