Have a Fuel Moto headpipe. Was running the 4" Jackpot mufflers but I am not crazy about the sound once I swapped headpipes. Tried the 4.5" Pro Touring mufflers but just a touch too loud for me.

Anyone have any suggestions on other mufflers? I like a deep sound but can't be crazy loud and no CFR's. I like the sound of the 4" Rineharts but think they may be too loud with the different header.

 

I'm running the same head pipe with Kuryaken Crusher mufflers. Great workmanship (made by V&H), look good and they have a nice low rumble without being too obnoxious. Lots of clips on youtube you can listen to.

 

I have the same set up as you and am using Harley CVO mufflers, bought take offs for $200. If they are too quiet see Fullsac for new cores.

 

4" Rush with 2.00" Baffles sounded nice and deep on mine, and the current V&H Monster Ovals did as well... But when I switched out the De-catted 2-1-2 headpipe for a set of Eco-Friendly True Duals,, the note changed a bit,,, just got a little louder...

 

They all do - nice rumble at idle, quiet when cruising and really bark when you get on it!

 

jackpot 4" get my vote, see how this is pointless. Try some V&H fishtails

Surprising enough, the stock mufflers sound pretty good once the cats are removed. Just loud enough to drown out the internal motor rattling, and still quiet enough for long distance riding...no headaches.
