Back on my bike today! After two+ months down with back issues.

Didn't know if it was going to get better for a while there.

What a joy to be back on the open road!

Welcome back!

I'm with you brother; just recovered from torn bicep myself.

back issues are the worst. 2011 was my year of agony when some old injuries came back to haunt.

I'm on the other side of that equation, just had rotator cuff repair last week and I don't know how long it will be before I'll be back in the saddle. And it's riding season right now, not six months from now. Congratulations on your recovery.

Good news, we can' t take our health for granted. And back issues seem to come out of the blue. Been sidelined myself over the years. Serious back issues are life changers.

Welcome back (no pun).

Enjoy

Very happy for your recovery. I'm having a total knee replacement next week and I'm very nervous about my ability to ride in the future. Good luck with your back. I hope it stays healthy for many years

Glad you could get back on the bike. I know what it like to be sidelined, I'm currently out of service due to a knee replacement. I should be back in the saddle in about two weeks if everything goes well.
