Default CFR - What are you all paying?

I Don't know if this is allowed on this site?

What are you guys paying for NEW CFR Mufflers these days?

I see Ebay has gone wild with prices.

I ask because I found a local set with 15 miles on them for $600
Guy said they were to loud for him.

Thanks,

I paid $649.00 for the double fluted and that was with a $10.00 discount for being a fourm member from Direct Cycle.

Ive been looking for a set of these from the usual online dealers and no one has any currently.. the only ones I can find online are the ebay ones at around $800, and even up to $900. Supply and demand i guess, but at that price my V&H's sound fine for the time being!
If anyone knows where to get them from a reputable dealer (not ebay) Im all ears

I broke off one of the brackets that hold the CFR mufflers on the frame while backing up to a sidewalk curb. Dealers sell sets only so I called CFR. They sent me a replacement with a small amount of discoloration, bluing, on it from testing it, and said send them the broken one and they’d see if they could fix it. I got the temporary FedX three days later. I didn’t mind the small amount of blue-firing-heat discoloration that burnt the finish so I called CFR and asked how much they wanted for it. They said keep it but just send us your damaged one back in return. I kept them on the old bike when I sold it. Bought a ’14 Limited and spent the $650 for the CFR mufflers that ROCK! I am a CFR customer for life.

That sounds like good customer service to me and you proved it by being a repeat customer.

I've had a few dealings with Cfr in the last two years that I have been running there mufflers. They have always been great to deal with, no complaints here. I've recently developed a love hate relationship with my mufflers though. The sound is great I just wished they performed as good as they sound.
