Having never owned a batwing but two Road Glides the fixed fairing has never been an issue for me. I think it might be strange to have the fairing move with the bars.

No real comparisons for me. If I buy another bagger it will be a Road Glide.

Yeah, I will actually say that all the hubbub about fixed fairings, must be from folks who have never rode with one, because I was worried about it, and it was a complete non-issue.....This frigging thing is amazing....Didnt have time to get any pics today, but they will becoming soon, I am in the middle of moving so things are hectic......

is it bad that I just walk out to my garage and stare for minutes with an ear to ear grin at least three times a day?

Congrats. Just bought my superior blue RGS today. I didn't ride it home as it was pouring rain, 90 mins from my home and I wasn't gonna leave my pickup there lol. I have a tour pack and fairing ordered. Just going to patiently wait until next week to pick it up after all is installed. I'm more than excited!

Yes, 3 times a day is bad.

You are at least 2 trips short each day.
